- Reservations:
A deposit of the first night's room charge will be taken at time of reservation and you will be credited at check-in. A valid credit card is required for all reservations regardless of method of payment on arrival.

- Cancellation Policy
Group Bookings:
Group room bookings consists of a party reserving 2 or more rooms for 1 or more nights. No cancellations will be accepted during peak-season (June/July/August). Cancellation of non-peak season bookings must be made in writing by letter, email or fax, and received by the Cumbrian Inn up to 30 days prior to 3:00pm on the scheduled arrival date. A valid credit card is required for all reservations regardless of method of payment at check-in.
Individual Bookings:
Individual room booking consists of reservation of one (1) room for 1-3 nights. Cancellation of individual room booking must be made in writing by letter, email or fax, and received by the Cumbrian Inn up to 48 hours prior to 3:00pm scheduled arrival date. Booking for one (1) room for greater than three (3) nights will be treated as group booking and cancellations will be permitted on the same basis as those for group bookings. A valid credit card is required for all reservations regardless of method of payment at check-in.
- Refund Policy:
No refund for reservations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date.
No refund for no-shows
No refund for early check-outs.
- Smoking Policy:
No smoking is allowed in guest rooms, lobby/foyer or other indoor areas. Guests may smoke outside in designated areas only. Failure to observe the no-smoking policy may result in charges for the full costs of restoring the room or areas to non-smoking standards, and for lost room revenue incurred as a result of down time during restoration of the room or area to non-smoking standards
- Damage Policy:
The person making the reservation and/or signing the registration form is responsible for all damages caused to room furnishings and fixtures.
- Privacy Policy:
The Cumbrian inn complies with British Columbia's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Personal Protection Act. www.oipcbc.org/legislation You are anonymous to us until you knowingly provide us with information, and we pledge to keep confidential any information you provide to us.
